Essential seller policies & compliance rules for authorized resellers — MAP policy, shipping, and return guidelines.

IT Company Clients
(Zero Infinity Tech)

  • Marketplace selling rights are only granted to clients of our mother IT company Zero Infinity Tech.
  • These authorized clients can safely resell products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other marketplaces.
  • No other seller will get marketplace approval without being an IT client.

Non-IT Sellers (Physical Store or E-commerce Website)

  • If you own a Physical Store or an E-commerce Website, you may order directly from Zero Infinity DS.
  • Marketplace selling permissions do not apply in this case.

Special Permission for Marketplace (Non-IT Sellers)

Approval Process

  1. Send us an email with your store front and complete business information.
  2. Provide a written plan explaining how you will follow our policies.
  3. Our team will review and schedule a meeting with you.
  4. If your business aligns with our policies, you may receive special marketplace authorization.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Always follow brand policies and marketplace regulations.
  • Do not upload false product details, incorrect images, or misleading prices.
  • Follow MAP Policy (Minimum Advertised Price) strictly.
  • Provide professional customer service and honor brand return standards.

Violation Rules

Consequences of Non-Compliance

❌ Unauthorized marketplace selling → Immediate Ban
 ❌ Breaking brand policies → Order Cancellation & Relationship Termination
 ❌ MAP violations → Warning + Restriction
 ❌ Duplicate or misleading listings → Permanent Blacklist

Policy Updates

  • Marketplace and brand policies are updated frequently.
  • All authorized sellers will be notified via email about any changes.
