Misuse of invoices or falsification of data will lead to immediate termination of business relations.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders must be prepaid in full before processing.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, wire, or authorized payment gateways only.
Once payment is confirmed, orders are considered final and non-cancellable.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or brand pricing updates.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We provide direct shipment to Amazon FBA, Walmart Fulfillment Centers, or customer-specified warehouses.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and logistics conditions.
Zero Infinity DS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Once products are shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer.
5. Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless a product is proven defective or incorrect upon receipt.
Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos or video).

Buyers must adhere to marketplace rules and brand MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.
Any violation may lead to suspension of supply or legal penalties.
Zero Infinity DS is not responsible for account deactivation or policy violations on marketplaces.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zero Infinity DS will not be liable for loss of profits, data, or marketplace account restrictions arising from product listings, pricing, or logistics.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product sold.
10. Disputes and Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in a court of competent jurisdiction within Texas.
Both parties agree to attempt amicable settlement before legal action.
